Whitemoney wins Big Brother Naija Shine Ya Eye (Whitemoney for the money!)

Nigerians and millions of viewers from other African countries were super excited yesterday as they watch twenty-seven-year-old Hazel Oyeze Onou popularly known as Whitemoney became the sixth winner of Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) reality tv show tagged ‘Shine Ya Eye’ after 72 days of fun, drama, pressure, suspense and other interesting things in the BBNaija house.

According to Big Brother, Whitemoney millions of fans came through giving him the highest vote rate to defeat his runner up, Liquorose and other housemates at the finale.

In the house, Whitemoney was regarded by the housemates as Mazi due to his chosen strategy of being a father to all and most especially Nini. His culinary expertise was another way he won the heart of other housemates making him the show’s resident chef.

I must say, Whitemoney strategy did work like a charm on all the housemates because they can’t but love him for the support and advice he gave them.

Whitemoney, an entrepreneur and beautician, is originally from Enugu State and has lived in several parts of the country before settling down in Lagos.

The Finale

As you already know that the remaining 6 housemates in the house were Whitemoney, Emmanuel, Liqourose, Angel, Cross and Pere.

BBNaija show host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu started by announcing the eviction of Angel, Emmanuel, Cross and Pere from the Big Brother House.

Emmanuel was the 21st evicted housemate, while Angel was the 22nd housemate to leave the house.

Minutes after, Cross and Pere became the 23rd and 24th evictees.

Whitemoney and Liquorose walked out of the house to the stage before Whitemoney was announced the winner of the show.

Whitemoney being the winner of Big Brother Naija season six, according to the organizers will be rewarded with prizes worth N90 million which is subdivided into N30 million in cash prize, an SUV from Nigerian car brand, Innoson Motors, a trip to Dubai for two packaged by Travel Beta, a trip for one to Seychelles sponsored by Guinness, one year supply of Pepsi, among other prizes.

Finale After Party

Fans present at the finale show centre in Lekki and those who care to watch on their screens were thrilled with performances from a host of Nigerians finest music stars including former BBNaija winner Laycon, ex-housemates Avala, Made Kuti, Ajebo Hustlers and Laime.
