Meanwhile, Facebook and Instagram had suspended Trump’s account temporarily but announced the suspension has been extended by additional 24 hours.
According to statement gotten from TMZ, Twitter says “In the context of horrific events this week, we made it clear on Wednesday that additional violations of the Twitter Rules would potentially result in this very course of action.”
Of which after the temporary ban was lifted Trump posted a video showing he conceded and afterwards posted 2 other tweets which say “The 75,000,000 great American Patriots who voted for me, AMERICA FIRST, and MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN, will have a GIANT VOICE long into the future. They will not be disrespected or treated unfairly in any way, shape or form!!!” and the second tweet stating Trump will not be attending the inauguration on January 20 then Twitter pulled the plug.

Due to the ongoing tensions in the United States, and an uptick in the global conversation in regards to the people who violently stormed the Capitol on January 6, 2021, these two Tweets must be read in the context of broader events in the country and how the President’s statements can be mobilized by different audiences, including to incite violence, as well as in the context of the pattern of behaviour from this account in recent weeks.”
However, the account permanently suspended is the personal Twitter account which he uses regularly while his official POTUS account is still active for now so you can still expect shocking tweets from the great Trump
