‘They Want to Destroy My Marriage’: Priscilla Ojo Speaks Out After Iyabo Ojo’s Office Fire

 Priscilla Ojo-Mkambala, daughter of Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo, has publicly addressed a threatening letter linked to a fire that gutted her mother’s office on July 8, 2025, suggesting a deliberate attack aimed at disrupting her marriage. 

In an Instagram story posted on July 9, Priscilla revealed that the letter, delivered on May 24, 2025, to Iyabo’s Lekki-based office, was signed by an “Aggrieved Group” and warned of ruining her wedding, dubbed “JP2025,” which took place in April and May across Nigeria and Tanzania. The fire, which caused significant damage to the building housing Iyabo’s boutique and media operations, has prompted the family to review CCTV footage to identify the sender.

Priscilla, who married Tanzanian singer Juma Jux in a series of lavish ceremonies, described the letter’s contents as a threat to her mother’s life and her marital happiness, noting Iyabo was in Tanzania for the wedding when it arrived. Iyabo, who confirmed the fire on social media, thanked the Nigerian Fire Service for limiting losses and hinted at a non-accidental cause, though no suspects have been named. 

The family has bolstered security measures, and authorities are investigating, with Priscilla vowing resilience. Fans have rallied online with support, while speculation about business rivals or personal grudges swirls, though no evidence has emerged.
