Hunger has no regard for tribes, religion, education, and ethnic diversity, and everybody throughout Nigeria – Nigerians are now groaning heavily with despiration characterize by Hunger, starvation, cash squeezes and deep anger which might soon lead to litany of insanity,
Everybody is now strongly emphasizing widespread hunger and chronic suffering in Nigeria and it seems the current administration is rather too slow in their response, yet the executives and Legislatures are living in opulence, this current situation is affecting everybody despite ethno-religious and political differences.

Nigerian must not allow hunger,anger, starvation to shut thier brain,as the whole scineros is rather cosmetic , figment of imagination of despirate cabal in high places,who have stolen do much and under heat for probity and accountability, we went through worse situation under Buhari for over 8years, Northerners never complained and no violent protest as of now then,what shut our responses to oppression and suppression over the 8years
On going violent protest if not curtailed, could navigate into hijackings of power by people of sinister intention just like Niger, Mali, Guinea and others loading Senegal, Tanzania and Kenya are currently going through political and economic turmoil.

We should also recognize that we are still responding to unfolding social dissonance of the land framed by withdrawal of fuel subsidies and floating of Naira

The present government is only throwing huge money through various governor’s whose States have remain insolvent without dislodging the fundamentals that drew the ire,with so much money thrown due to heavy proceeds in billions across the States nothing is happening poverty still looms,no to also remember that NASS threw scarce forex for purchase of N160m for each member at lower house and upper house,and squandolus traits at social event,heavy convoys, and enormous aid to Ministers are more or less presently contributing nothing now just being a mere cost centres
How on earth can NASS patronize indigenous car manufacturers is a slap on Nigeria, hence there loss of trust and confidence in both ways

Proffering solutions to all this menace is now more sarcocant, both lawful and expedient

1, Dollarization -effect

The government must stop the use of dollars in all transactions, even the payment of Naira to allow Naira gain values and recognitions

2, Parliamentary system of government

We tried Parliamentary system 1960-1965 to some extent in 1966

We have been trying the presidential system for over 24years with financial wrecklessness and glaring failure with characteristics of toxic political culture

Our political class opinions are very sentimental and high level of emotional addiction in judiciary dispensing justice neccesitating the need for strong reforms in the judiciary not drawing experience from past mistake, judges at appeal court so partial and corrupted thus given incongruous judgement given more strain to be overturned by Supreme court that is widely adjudge as stooge to the executive just as Senate President virtual a rubber stamp to executives

3, Restructuring
This is widely supported and encouraged to thrive as a better solution to limit the impact of looters across different arms of government

4, Resource control
This has been at the front burner, if crude oil is regarded as a national asset that supply 95% if our forex, how can we treat abundant mineral resources across the States likewise instead of inordinate Cabals across different levels exploitating and remitting an almost insignificant amount to the federation account

5, Community policing

We need to restructure present Police force to accommodate community policing across various police divisions to reduce tide of insecurity across different geographical zones and regions.

6, Power management

Mecca-Medina generate and distribute 18,0000MGW daily and Nigeria with Over 200million people still struggling to provide 4000MGW ,despite humongous amount of over $30b spent over decade
As of today we have a provision budget of N500bn but we are currently spending N2trn,so we are heavily subsidizing, with IMF conditionalities, it is likely the government will withdraw subsidy, for the the States to take the lead since, power has moved from executive to concurrent list

7, Bric’s membership
We need to consider the option of joining Bric’s community to reduce too much dependency on dollars and their will be common currency exchange among members

8, Avoid Colonial indirect rule, we are too import dependent for our need and also insatiable taste for loans thus attracting unfavorable conditionalities eg IMF dictating pace

9, Poor leadership at all levels in government and institutions needs to be addressed as this is a major root cause of our failures.

10, Food scarcity

We have 60,000 hectares of arable land fit for cultivation, we have presently cultivated 25%acres, now hampered by insurgency,killing, kidnapping,and farmer heders class which must be halted as soon as possible

It is time to seriously address this issue without politicking and policising

We need to encourage local production but might need to augument with import fir a short time before we can produce our needs
We have intervene economy with over N8trn with no impact throwing more money will only aid large scale corruption

11, it is time to abolish OIC agenda that has long promoted Northern agenda

12, it is time to abolish the correct fraudulent 1999 Constitution,reduce bloated government structure in line with Oronsanye report
It is time to unravel the sort of our problems, people involved in large scale corruption and recover our loot to the fullest, the current approach where someone stole N32bn, asked to forfeit N350m, and pay N250,000 instead of 2years jail can no longer suffice.

13, adoption of 2014 Confab recommendations and reintroducing history to our school curriculum is now sarcocant

14, it is time to adopt regionalism or confederacy where the region will be free to choose their cabinets and contribute to the centre, this will encourage better devolution of power

15, Time to abolish tribalism and nauseating rascality of our judiciary

16, There is a need for Referendum on the issue of adopting the British style of Parliamentary system of government,starting with 1963 Constitution is not a bad idea but we must avoid create hybrid system

17, it is time to curb our leadership inconsistencies to halt policy somersault and mitigate against current retrogression with traits of nepotism and sectionalism.

Conclusion
We need to deal with the challenges of Parliamentary system of government since we consider the current presidential as expensive and wasteful neccesitating the need to adopt right political culture.

It is time to devolve power and guarantee resource control
Which region will contribute to the centre Federal government

Our political class must have right attitud, with right cultural orientation, to curb undue wrecklessness and treat citizens with respect and dignity whilst maintaining equity, fairness and justice across ethnic and religion delineation this will guarantee collective prosperity.
