President Buhari embarks on a Medical check-up in London.
President Muhammadu Buhari proceeds to London, the United Kingdom, Tuesday, March 30, 2021, for a routine medical check-up.
An announcement made by the president of Spokesperson Garba Shehu this morning.
According to him “the President meets with Security Chiefs first in the morning, after which he embarks on the journey.
He also added that President Buhari will be back in the second week of April.
“He is due back in the country during the second week of April 2021.” He said.
The president last travelled to London was on January 17, 2020, just before the global lockdown. He has not travelled abroad ever since.
Meanwhile, Nigerians seem to find the president visit to London for a medical check-up hypocritical as many believed Buhari could have transformed Aso Rock Medical Centre to meet the standards required.
