Contracts and opportunities at all sectors, there is the need to extend hand of fellowship beyond current cabinets formation to independent patrotic,loyal practitioner with impeccable record of performance beyond politicizing and politricking with pragmatic independent solution,since all effort through policies to curb problems across all sectors remain *audacious,
*repulsive and reactive

Nigeria has a chance to thrive with high productivity, contrary to the existing lacadecical attitude of executives and legislatures who are very corrupt and live in opulence by feeding on our common patrimony without any people centric approach to solve all protracted problems such

✓insecurity,
✓hoarding of dollars,
✓oil and mineral theft
✓ineffective distribution of palliatives to targeted audience
✓ violent protest by citizen because hunger and starvation
✓ high cost of fuel
✓ food scarcity
✓poor health
✓ poor road (50% motorable

Way forward

✓Present government must foster a supportive and nurturing environment devoid of *terrorism,
*kidnapping, and
*other various forms of attack on communities in the hinterland across different states throughout Nigeria

✓Government must maintain open doors at all levels to create opportunities for meaningful ideas that can quench current, uproar, tension and ravaging the Nation. ,most especially food scarcity, *establishing commodity board is a long term solution,
*immediate to to wipe out all form of *insurgence
*farmer herder clash
*terrorist-insurgencies

✓Government must invest in the future of over 65% of population who are below 25yeard, through establishment of
*credit facilities, *vocational and
Technology Institutions

There is a need to train and retrain unemployed youth to acquire –
*skills
*competence across all sectors ,

Hence the need to strive to create routes to success for those who are facing barriers to unemployment and underemployment

✓Government must create inward & outward. opportunities where jobs are given based on merit not usual quota system, just like in all public institutions, where only privileged children of the influential are given opportunities most of the time very politically without competence

Advice for Executives&MDA’s

It is now up to Executives and MDA’s to set the tone to create the desired change

Private sector led business/Nigerian citizens in informal sectors

This accounts for over 85% of people currently under employment

Government must enhance and facilities improve local production that is competitive to the imported products

Government must reduce drastically import duties on items that can encourage huge productive capacity for export to earn foreign exchange

The government must establish a National Energy plan based on the availability of primary sources
*Coal
*Sun
*Water
*Biogas through digester

✓Every employable citizen across privately led organizations in Nigeria or self employed must identify their unique opportunity infuse creativity into their work to unlock vast potential that will lead to fulfill,success and prosperity

✓Public sector

There is a need to embrace creativity which involves venturing beyond boundaries, by redefining novel path,integrate creativity with ingenious solutions with high-end efficiency.

Nigeria cannot continue to subsidize electricity hence the Nation must move toward a cost effective model

States are now to generate and supply power since there is an insufficient budget appropriation by the Federal government which facilitated electricity supply removal from exclusive to concurrent there by given authority to States to take over, since they have enough monthly allocation and can also solicit for the support of development partner in addition attract FDI inflow on behalf of concern state to state recoup investment on long term basis
