Nollywood actor, Karibi Fubara passed on

Nollywood actor Karibi Fubara is dead after battling cancer.

The popular actor’s death was announced by his sister Aya Eneli via her Twitter page on Wednesday, December 12, 2021.

Eneli tweet read: “My brother, Karibi Fubara, has joined the ancestral realm. I’m devastated, but not hopeless.

“He lived fully and with joy. Left a great body of work. Will be a powerful ancestor. I love you.”

“He was a warrior, now he is an angel in heaven.”

Fubara was battling cancer. In 2020, the actor married to celebrity stylist Yolanda Okereke, in gratitude, shared on Instagram a lengthy story of how he discovered he had kidney tumour/cancer in April and had successful surgery on May 3rd.

Fubara rose to prominence after his role in ‘Before 30’ other movies starred in include “God Calling,” Quam’s Money, Royal Hibiscus Hotel, Castle and Castle, and web series – Money, Men Marriage (MMM), etc.

Karibi got married to popular Nollywood fashion entrepreneur, Yolanda Okereke in 2019.
