Controversial Nigerian socialite and cross-dresser Idris Okunneye, popularly known as Bobrisky, has alleged that he was arrested by Nigerian immigration officials shortly after returning to the country.
In an Instagram post dated April 1, 2025, Bobrisky stated, “Guys I have just been arrested by immigrant in Nigeria, I don’t know what I did o.”
This claim comes just five months after Bobrisky left Nigeria, citing concerns for his “sanity and health.” The circumstances surrounding his alleged arrest remain unclear, as no official statement has been released by immigration authorities.
Given the date of the announcement, some observers have speculated that it might be an April Fool’s prank. However, as of now, there is no confirmation regarding the veracity of Bobrisky’s claims.
