We are a poor Nation not because we do not have mineral resources, abundant human infrastructure resources, Capitals in-term of tangible asset but solely because of leadership deficit and toxic followership

Our leaders don’t possess tangible values, strategic relationship tried and tested and impeccable character since you can not give what do not have, we are characterized with 63% of population who are monumentally poor
The general populace do not have destiny connectors, Men and Women of influence, and no burden bearers every body for him or her selves with many gifted young Men, Women oppressed and suppressed to a level where 60m of our population now have psychiatric cases

The major impediment of this underdevelopment is gross indiscipline, and no obedience to the rule of law

We now have in built constraints encapsulating our cultural diversity now strongly incohesive, ethnic rivalry, religious bigotry
Our society are collectively and mentally wired towards ethnic imbalance and confused religious beliefs flavoured by mediocrity through collective programming

Private sectors though very few ones that always outperforming public sectors
Public servants so corrupt, never want to change whilst in office despite attending local and international course constitution low appreciating capital assets that can not drive any meaningful Nations development
We need to have cultural change across diverse ethnics groups to reflect same National values proposition of meritocracy, pragmatism, honesty, accountability and unity
Our historical choice will continue to impact present days with measurable imbalance between civil and primordial structure

UAE governance structure remain most efficient and effective through deliberate Vision of their Head of government, the King who through visionary enablement and religious tolerance and we’ll focus and purposeful leadership direct energy of the Emirate Council team members in same direction who now facilitated accelerator program, diversify away from oil rich resolution, using their capital venture leveraging on innovation and knowledge, the baseline idea that future belong to those who can imagine, design and execute their vision, missions, goals and objectives

UAE invested 1%of their budget as venture capital to support innovation hubs using advance technology platform to support infrastructure, creativity and art, small, and Medium enterprises, and positioning themselves by offering global talent Vida for Youths across all continents who can established in Dubai to create new future for themselves and their future children and they have achieved on their goals with room for further improvement

Nigeria’s impediment
Nigeria financial institution must support and collaterized creative workable ideas
Nigeria need a new Vision as as usual, this we must articulate, execute and monitor, willfully every Stakeholders must nurture

Nigeria is so unstable because of weak institutions, may be we need benevolent dictatorship but can we ever get this quality in any political leader in Nigeria this is almost impossible

Our new focus
1, increase the production of what we consume only and export excess just like China
2, Build more appreciating assets technology experts well nurtured for export like India
3,Produce and wear our clothes only like Bangladesh
4,Focus more on innovation hubs like UAE
5, increase tax base, and Incentivized a tax free for Indigenous innovators
6,Encourage Statewide trade with restrictions due intermodal transport system
7, Adopt new Constitution or fall back on 1963Constitution with strong emphasis on States and Communities
8, digitally resolve insecurity, insurrections to unlock investment,
9,Removing all barriers and restrictions of taking out money as it relates to FDI inflows
10, Invest and incentivize infrastructure system through PPP Initiative, whilst government limit funding on capital project

Nigeria have significant drop in our GDP due to gross incompetence, corruption, lack of transparency, instability and insecurity.

We should ask ourselves this question
✓Are we half empty
✓Are we have filled
At this point in our National life, we need to separate governance from our sovereignty
Any body who continue to castigated Nigeria band our leaders with no meaningful suggestion is part of our problems

We need to adopt “No limit Initiative, identifying our disconnection points to move from our potential to point of actualization
As individual we must be determined and
motivate our selves with collective consciousness to provide workable solutions to our problems

Africa as a Continent is still battling with impact of European
Slavery mentality
Colonization
Neo-Colonization
Africans have never made right choice of leadership, it is time to resurrect from dungeon
We must ensure that our laws and orders are. regulated and moderated with throughput sanitation
Conclusion
Nigerians across board must respect law and order
Our leaders must be discipline, remain credible with integrity
Nigerian must be made to respect law and order and charity must begin at home before getting engaged with public sector
We now need to have patriotic Nigeria Elder State-Men and Women in a National constituted committee to screen politicians before they are giving opportunity to partake in any political process at all levels
We all must take responsibility for our actions and inactions without any options of favouritism to have socially transformative Nigeria with collective Nations
