Over the years ,we were made to belief that we have bad leaders ,who are looters and usurper of good opportunities for themselves, family and political cronies, Now we are witnessing toxic followerships using derogrative words against political leaders,who are percieved to extremely corrupt,
Citizenship are now highly violent in nature,with unruly behavior with litany of insanity where we have Nigerian with psychiatric cases now in range of over 60m as reflected in 100% patronage at Yaba psychiatric till date
This surely will have residual impact on type of leadership from such a pathetic environment and uncultured society that is why we have poor, porous governance structure that encourages looting across three tiers of government

Nigeria has being through poor governance structure till date Characterized with ethnic bigotry,and financial wrecklessness at levels looting our common patrimony with impunity because we do not have strong and punitive consequence action that is commensurate with corresponding looting taking advantage of weak antigraft institutional structure and very corrupt judicial system

Youth Minister are immatured,arrogant against Public servants who had being in service for over 35years as they will be left at mercy of thier greed and premature understanding of the policy guidelines as it relates to expenditure frame work
We now wonder the level of urgency bypassing protocols to instruct payment into personal account of Staff sum close to N600m running contrary to guidelines of having sum of 3times thier salary structure
It is also on record that the unsual a conniviance between account officer, program officer and Minister in charge
Way forward
Smoothen accountability about management of pallatives social intervention across different states to coushioning the effect of fuel subsidy removal
The reinforced need for intervention at scheduled regular interval by bureau of public procurement guidelines
The incumbent are expected to always liase with fulcrum of Secretary to Federal government avoid bypassing this office before it get to the attention of President
Conclusion
There is need to reawake the principle of character principle
Re-enacting sanctions against violating code of conduct,process, procedure and best practices
There is need to encourage robust respectful relationship between youthful Minister and other very experienced public servants of over 35years
There must be compliance at all time with regular oversight of appropriate institutions
There is the need to probe all the MDA’s to enable stream line uniqueness in area of bureaucratic default to corruptly enrich themselves
