During an unscheduled inspection, the governor observed that the contractor, Retercha Company Limited, utilized substandard materials, leading to concerns about the project’s durability and effectiveness.

The governor emphasized that his administration would not tolerate subpar execution of projects, especially those critical to environmental protection and community safety. He instructed the contractor to rectify the identified deficiencies promptly and adhere strictly to the project’s specifications and quality standards.
