In his usual manner of taking stock of events and repositioning for a new week, the Council Chairman of Ibeju Lekki Local Government, Hon. Abdullahi Sesan Olowa started the new week succeeding the 100 days in office Celebration, with the Management staff of the Council Secretariat on Monday which was meant for strategy ahead of the new week.
On Tuesday, the Igala Mela Association, Community Development Association, Adeba, paid a courtesy visit to the Council Chairman.
Th same day, the Council Chairman met with Idiorogbo market stakeholders as he assured the business owners of a conducive business atmosphere. The Council Chairman didn’t stop there as he physically visited the market, proceeded to Okegun Odofin Community to inspect the proposed fish market and as well visited Kajola Town to inspect the ongoing project of the road stabilization.
On Wednesday, the Council Chairman joined fellow Council Chairmen for a strategic session.
On Thursday, the Mayor met with Officials of LASTMA, KAI to seek for ways of improving the traffic situation and Environmental cleanliness in the Local Government.
Same day, a Non Governmental Organization, OFHF paid a courtesy call as they sought partnership towards a better healthy society. The Ibeju Lekki Hospitality And Tourism Association (ILHATA) also came calling towards a renewed strategy of restoring the beaches back to its glorious days.
Same day, the Epe Division Renaissance Initiative (EDRIN) paid a solidarity visit to the Council Chairman who is a staunch member of the Association as they promised their support towards the success of the administration.
On Friday, the Council Chairman met with the District Police Officer of Area J Police Station, CSP Tekunbi Dayo and members of the Oribanwa Community for peaceful coexistence.
The narrative of governance has been given a human face by the Olowa led Administration. Expect more delivery in days to come.
