Ibeju Lekki: LGA 2022 proposed budget approved by Council's Legislature.
The constitutional appropriation process of the Ibeju-Lekki Local Government, ably led by Hon. (Engr.) Abdullahi Sesan Olowa ended today with the signing and presentation of the Year 2022 Approved Budget by the 6th Legislative Council of the Local Government to the Executive.
This was made possible because of the proactiveness of the Ibeju-Lekki Legislature under the leadership of Hon. Mojeed Olayinka Oluwafemi and other Members of the Council who recently proceeded on Legislative Budget Review Sessions to determine if the interest of the electorates and other concerns are captured for the fiscal year.
The financial document was presented to the Executive Chairman, Hon. Olowa in his office today 2nd of February, 2022 with the Council Manager, Engr. (Mrs) Akitoye Olubunmi, Council Clerk, Mrs Titilayo Oshadiya, Council Treasurer, Mr Sunday Onabanjo, Budget Officer, Akeem Adesanya and the Legal Officer, Barr. Olaronke Aboaba were all in attendance
while the Council Leader congratulated the Executive and emphasized the proper execution of the approved budget.
