FY 2024 Gloomy Future by Dr Kenny Odugbemi

The problem of oil subsidies has now become an albatross squeezing the administration

Secondly,
The Multiple exchange rate system is a serious financial drain on our economy as it creates unfavourable economic of scale
Find below other encumbrances that will further destabilize this government

Strong division. along with ethnic and religious groups

Brutalised economy

Insecurity

Instability across boards

Education in complete quagmire

Health insurance crisis+ , people dying cheaply of minor and deep rooted ailments

It is obvious this administration lack depth to stabilize foreign exchange market

Unstable policies in the form of executive orders are yet to be passed as law hence we are on the same status quo

Without a grandstanding approach to repatriate all funds, we are currently on backlog settlement more on self gratification

No meaningful support cottage industries in Nano realm

Most projects are inefficiently overhaul(PH) refinery and other
PHRC 1 -60years -60,000bpd fully cannibalize now on mechanical testing after spending $1.5bn
Testing will go on for 3months before another 3months simulation whilst other gulping monthly N10b as operational expense by producing any pint of oil KDPRC
WAPRC

Note
We all do nothing
We all say nothing
We will have nothing

Hunger ,starvation, deprivation ,anger in deep oppresses continue

How can we have FDI’s inflow when we can not guaranteed security
UNO how been encouraging trials of individual and government for possible homicide

My Suggestions

We have renewed hope of support from international communities but we can not manage basic fundamentals requirements of guaranteed security with unstable multiple exchange risks that will be too high

My advice to the working class
The most brilliant young minds will stop working for the public and private because of looting with impunity and squadamanic mode of our political leader celebrating birthdays
Akpabio@61
Akume@70
These are bad influences, financial wrecklessness when people are angry and hungry
The 48% of intelligent youth are advised to remotely work for employers across the world rather than go on JAPA, let our private and public compete with the international community

Business justification
Both public and private job success are seriously constrained with positions going to children of who is who that are not savvy, experienced and intelligent and only have the power connection to intimidate

How can we develop under this bondage
Prosperity will be mouth say and illusive
Beneath Success pipe line buried are the following for intelligent young and vibrant minds with good social connections
Dedication
Handwork
Good habits
Disappointment
Sacrifice
Failure

It advisable to adopt a flexible approach as useful ingredients

Most Multinationals would rather source for staff external, siphoning based on estacode because of the bad influence of dishonesty, disloyalty , corruption that our political class bequeathed to them
Only a few youths are legitimately willing to work with dignity
Most appointments are political rewards with fundamentals of
Merit
Pragmatism
Honestly
Complete accountability

Finally, heads of government need mind shift, they will not be any meaningful development, poverty will abound, recession imminent, hunger and anger, if we do not change as aforementioned

Patriotism must prevail
We must restructure, recalibrate, reposition and manage through a defined metric system in our service delivery following global standing in fear or favour for Nigeria to prosper again

Government must Incentivise private local investors using AI

Government must provide single digits credit facilities for viable business

Government to give grants to Nano entrepreneurs through their market cooperative and other informal sectors

Government to tax less than 5% mega millionaire living in opulence

PBAT allows poor Nigeria to breath

Public procurement must have 80% local content

Reduce our export dependence to a ratio of 1:10

Government to Incentivise Africa Continent trade this will contribute 52% to our proposed GDP $1trillion 2024-2034
We need to address treating the aforementioned with dispatch

Happy New year to you all
