Comedian, I Go Save laments as LAWMA allegedly increases bills to N25k per month.

Nigerian comedian, Otaghware Onodjayeke, popularly known as I Go Save has reacted to the alleged increase in LAWMA monthly bills which skyrocket from N15,000 to N25,000 per month.
In a video posted on his Instagram page, he said those in his neighbourhood received a message from LAWMA via WhatsApp chat informing them of a 10,000 Naira increase in the LAWMA monthly fee for disposing of waste.

He added that it is absurd for waste disposition monthly bill to be almost the same as the country minimum wage, 30,000 Naira. 
 
“How trash collect be more expensive than food?” the comedian questioned.

He also pointed out that such changes should be announced via LAWMA’s official platform and the account number given should be an official one. Yet, they received the message via WhatsApp and were given a private account to make the payment to.

He also disclosed speaking to a friend and colleague Buchi, who is a LAWMA ambassador but the effort was futile as LAWMA gives a deff ear.

The comedian has called to action the Lagos State Governor, Babjide Sanwo-Olu to come to his neighbourhood aid.
