Week 7 of Big Brother Naija “10 over 10” ended with two major shocks — the eviction of Denari and Tracy and a fiery conversation outside the house about intimacy videos that have been trending online.
Sunday’s live eviction show saw host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu send Denari packing first, leaving fans heartbroken, especially those who had been following his romance with Doris before her own eviction last week. Tracy followed soon after, confirming that her wish to leave the house had finally come true.
During his interview on stage, Denari didn’t shy away from questions about Doris. Ebuka asked point-blank whether their relationship was genuine or just “for the cameras,” and Denari smiled before saying, “Of course, it’s real.” He added that he’s ready to take on the entertainment industry full-time, even joking that he could do Ebuka’s job as show host. “I’m a good actor, singer, and I can do this thing you’re doing too,” he quipped, earning laughs from the audience.

Tracy’s exit, on the other hand, was less emotional but just as significant. She admitted she was mentally exhausted and wanted to prioritize her peace of mind. “The house was mentally exhausting,” she told Ebuka. “I had fun, but it was time for me to go.”
Ebuka’s look for the night also trended, as usual. This week he paid homage to a viral throwback of former Nigerian president Olusegun Obasanjo’s 1977 visit to the White House, recreating the iconic outfit. Fans wasted no time flooding social media with side-by-side comparisons.
Adekunle claps back at critics of intimacy videos
While housemates were packing their bags inside, former housemate Adekunle Olapade was stirring conversation outside. In a podcast interview with Pulse, he addressed the controversy surrounding the steamy intimacy clips that have circulated this season.
Tagged the “10 over 10” season, this edition has seen its fair share of duvet moments and late-night ships, from Koyin and Isabella’s fiery situationship to Jason Jae and Sultana’s undeniable chemistry. Some fans have been critical, accusing the housemates of “forgetting the cameras.”

Adekunle isn’t having it. He called out the criticism as “hypocritical,” reminding fans that the BBNaija house is not just a game but also real life playing out in real time.
“All the housemates see each other naked, in case you don’t know,” he said. “You cannot be in a house with somebody that you see without clothes almost every day and not be attracted. It won’t work.”
He defended the right of consenting adults to express themselves however they choose, arguing that intimacy is natural and should not be demonized.
Adekunle’s comments have sparked fresh conversations online, with many agreeing that BBNaija has always been a mix of strategy, drama, and romance. Longtime viewers still recall moments like BamTeddy’s viral Double Wahala scene and Kiddwaya and Erica’s entanglement in the Lockdown season — proof that intimacy has always been part of the show’s DNA.

With 14 housemates still in the running for the ₦150 million grand prize, alliances, romances, and rivalries are expected to intensify in the coming weeks. Fans are already speculating on whether Denari and Doris’ relationship will survive outside the house — and which couples might “ship” harder as the finale draws closer.
One thing is clear: BBNaija Season 10 is living up to its “10 over 10” theme — drama, love triangles, and heated debates included.
