The summit has grown to become the leading cross-industry platform in Nigeria for holistic intersectoral conversations around nation building, enterprise and personal development.
In 2022, the innovative spirit of Signature Initiatives (the organizers of Win9geria) following feedbacks and the knowledge gaps, has further created the WIN9GERIAX as another brand extension of the WIN Brand.
The WIN9GERIAX is a mentorship bootcamp, leadership challenge and idea acceleration programme. It is designed to transfer knowledge, shape cultures, give credit, support and connect industry captains with aspiring, growing and emerging creative Nigerians. Applicants’ interests and creditable projects and ideas must fall into any SOCIAL, FAITH, BUSINESS, GOVERNANCE AND CORPORATE categories of influence.

It will be “Battle of X”, the winning WIN9GERIAX will be one of the “Xs” in the room, who is a high performer in the bootcamp, has influence over the voting public and deliver pitches “X”ceptional and outstanding Solutions for funding – projects, products, businesses that is relatable to social and human good.
Challengers will be groomed to develop capacity, through a 8-week period of virtual and physical bootcamp of Idea Generation, Business and Organizational management trainings; voting, house and field tasks that will test the Leadership and influence of their persons and works; access to experienced mentors and membership of Africa’s largest Creative Ecosystem.
The Win9geriaX 2022 is currently open to all Creative across Nigeria, including aspiring, growing and emerging entrepreneurs, leaders, social innovators and corporates operating in any sector.
