Afrobeats sensation Fireboy DML delivered a spellbinding performance at London’s Royal Albert Hall on April 14, 2025, marking his first headline show at the iconic 5,200-capacity venue, per Ticketmaster records. 

The sold-out concert, part of his Adedamola World Tour, saw the 29-year-old perform hits like Peru (1.5 billion Spotify streams), Yawa, and new tracks from his 2024 album Adedamola, which hit 200 million streams, per YBNL Nation. Backed by a 20-piece orchestra, Fireboy’s set blended Afrobeat with soul, earning a standing ovation, reported The Guardian.

“This is a dream come true,” Fireboy told the crowd, dedicating Bandana to Nigerian fans, 30% of whom attended from abroad, per event organizers. Special guests Rema and Tems joined for Sere and Fountain, respectively, amplifying the night’s energy. 

The show, live-streamed to 100,000 viewers on YouTube, showcased Afrobeats’ global rise, with 40% of Fireboy’s streams from Europe, per Spotify Wrapped 2024.
