The Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NiDCOM) has called for a thorough investigation into the death of Ladi Anzaki Olubunmi, a Nigerian TikTok content moderator, whose decomposing body was discovered in her Nairobi apartment.
Olubunmi, employed by Teleperformance Kenya, a subcontractor for TikTok, had reportedly been absent from work for three days before her body was found.
Colleagues allege that her requests for leave to visit Nigeria were repeatedly denied, raising concerns about her well-being before her death.
