The Ogun State Police Command is intensifying its search for controversial Nigerian singer, Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, who has been declared wanted in connection with an alleged assault on officials of a power distribution company (DisCo). 

The incident, which was captured on video and widely circulated online, reportedly took place in the Ijebu Ode area of the state. The video shows a heated argument escalating into a physical altercation, with Portable and his associates allegedly attacking the DisCo officials who were carrying out their duties.

The police have described Portable's actions as "barbaric and completely unacceptable," emphasizing that no one is above the law. They have deployed a special task force to track down the singer and have urged him to surrender himself to the nearest police station. 

 The police have also appealed to members of the public to provide any information that could assist in their investigation and lead to Portable's arrest. This incident has reignited public discourse about Portable's conduct, which has been marked by several controversies in recent times. The police are determined to send a strong message that such acts of violence will not be tolerated.
